About swraid2web

As I had to setup a software array on a new machine, I was wondering how to find out the array status without having a shell.

So I searched google and finally sourceforge.net for a solution.
As I wasn't able to find what I was looking for, I started some coding myself. I don't claim the result to be "good", professional or innovative code, but it completely suits my needs. I decided to put it on sourceforge.net, because I didn't find anythink like it and would like other people to have a solution.
Another reason for publishing this piece of code was the hope,that people using it may want to enhance it (see TODO).

• always show output of /proc/mdstat
• added support for status resyncing
• added test, to check whether there is an array present
• some small cosmetical things

First release of both scripts: php and shell

Changelog for PHP-part:

• automatically detect number of raids
• output showing when the notification mail was sent
• added graphics for every single RAID, changing look dependant on the RAID status

• improve Look-And-Feel (e.g. graphics, other colors etc.)  started in v0.8
